I'm Anthony Leal, a former D1 basketball player at Indiana University turned entrepreneur and investor. I hold degrees in Entrepreneurship and Finance (MBA) from the Kelley School of Business and am a licensed Indiana realtor with over $10M in closed transactions.

Throughout my college basketball journey, I played for the people around me, focused on empowering my teammates and honoring those who believed in me. In 2022, I used my NIL earnings to pay off my sister’s student loans. The moment drew attention, but the principle was simple: relationships matter more than recognition.

That mindset still drives me today. Success isn’t just about making money, it’s about making meaningful connections and using both to create lasting impact.

My One Word

Every year, I pick one word to live by. A mentor taught me this practice, and it's been a game-changer for staying focused and intentional.
The word comes with a Bible verse and a biblical character who embodies it. It becomes my filter for decisions, my reminder when things get hard, and my North Star for the year.

2026: FAITHFUL

I want to be faithful in everything, starting with God through worship, prayer, and living out what I say I believe. But faithfulness to God doesn’t stop there. It carries into every area of my life. Faithful in my relationships. Faithful in business by showing up consistently for the people who trust me. Faithful to my commitments, whether that’s Ironman training when I’m exhausted, prioritizing family when it’s inconvenient, or handling the daily disciplines no one sees but that matter most.

The Parable of the Talents is a constant reminder: I’ve been entrusted with opportunities, relationships, and resources. My responsibility isn’t to be the most impressive, it’s to be faithful with what I’ve been given. Small disciplines, practiced daily, compound into greater impact. That’s the goal: to steward well, create meaningful connections, build lasting value, and one day hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
